If you must cancel your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice. Payment for treatment is required at the time of service. We accept all major medical plans*. Additionally we accept cash, check or credit cards. *Insurance coverage could be available when service is determined to be medically necessary. Our physicians will be happy to talk with you about coverage at your initial consultation. |
